DF-01 split-type motorized valve

Product introduction

DF-01 split-type motorized valve are available for central air conditioning and heating system’s opening and closing. Control valve depends on the one-way Magnetic synchronous motor to reset spring. When it is working, the thermostat gives a signal of opening. Then the motorized valve has power to activate. The cold and hot water come into the fan coil for providing cold or hot air. The motorized valve will stop, and at the same time the water can not flow into the coil when the set temperature is achieved. So the room temperature is maintained. 

The actuator and valve is connected by clamp connection way. Actuator can be installed after the valve. The installation is very convenient. Actuator can be installed next to the wall. This product has high durability and small noise.

Installation notice

1. Ground floor branch pipe should adopt decompressive valve for high-rise buildings.
2. Motor housing should avoid water. So actuator can not be installed under pipes.
3. When the valve is installed on the vertical pipe, motor housing also should avoid water.
4. When the manual lever is slowly pressed into the gap, the valve opens. The manual lever will be reset to the automatic position when the electricity firstly passes the valve.
5. If the actuator is not installed on the valve in advance, operating lever should be pushed into the groove. Push the actuator’s black button until it is perfectly installed on the valve. Then the installation is completed. Please repeat the above-mentioned operations if the product needs to be dismentaled.
6. Notice: Make sure that the water’s moving direction is the same as the valve’s arrow. Actuator can not be the Stress fulcrum during the installation.
