DF-02 split-type motorized valve

Product introduction

DF-02 split-type motorized valve is made by DF/Q-JA valve actuator and DF/F-02 brass valve. This product is available for central air conditioning’s refrigeration and heating system pipes’ opening and closing. Control valve depends on the one-way Magnetic synchronous motor to reset spring. When it is working, the thermostat gives a signal of opening. Then the motorized valve has power to activate. The cold and hot water come into the fan coil for providing cold or hot air. The motorized valve will stop, and at the same time the water can not flow into the coil when the set temperature is achieved. So the room temperature is maintained. 

The actuator and valve is connected by screw connection way. Actuator can be installed after the valve. The installation is very convenient. Actuator can be installed next to the wall. This product has high durability and small noise. It also can work normally in invisible fan coil under high temperature and high dampness. 

Operation and notices 

Motor housing should avoid water. When the valve is installed on the horizontal pipes, the angle between installation position and plane should less than 85°,as the diagram two. When the valve is installed on the vertical pipe, motor housing also should avoid water. 

When the manual lever is slowly pressed into the gap, the valve opens. The manual lever will be reset to the automatic position when the electricity firstly passes the valve.

Installation notice

Normal close two-port valve and split-flow three-port valve should be installed as the diagram three, four and five. Ground floor branch pipe should adopt decompressive valve for high-rise buildings. Please notice the direction of valve arrow. If assistant switch is equipped, its wiring diagram is as diagram six.

Instruction
